Nia Sharma’s outfit caught fire during Diwali celebrations

Lucknow: Nia Sharma, who got fame with television show Jamai Raja, recently attended a Diwali party, when her outfit caught fire.

Nia shared her story on her social media account, and pointed out how a small diya can cause great damage to something. She shared image of the bottom of her lehenga which actually got burnt.

At a recent Diwali bash, Nia Sharma took the dance floor by a storm as she grooved with Punjabi singer Guru Randhawa. A video on social media went viral, where Nia was seen dancing with Randhawa on his popular number Suit Suit Karda.

In the video, Nia was seen wearing a silver glittery lehenga choli. The Diwali party was also attended by Mika Singh, Kanika Kapoor, Aditi Sharma and Kapil Sharma among many others.

On the work front, Nia will next be seen in the fourth installment of Ekta Kapoor's hit franchise, Naagin. The announcement of her as the lead in the supernatural thriller was made by Ekta a few days ago.

The producer had taken to her social media account and written, "Welcome to the world of Naagins "Nia Sharma" @Theniasharma #Naagin- Bhagya Kaa Zehreela Khel.

Mouni Roy played naagin in Season 1 and 2 while Surbhi was seen in season 3. Earlier, Surbhi Jyoti and Mouni Roy played the lead Naagins and audiences loved them.
