Netflix and Directer of SOTY ties knot of long-term partnership

Mumbai: Netflix on Wednesday announced a 'long term partnership' with Karan Johar's Dharma Entertainment.

Netflix took this step to create a comprehensive range of new non-fiction and fictional web series and films. Netflix and the famous filmmaker-anchor Karan Johar, who has large track record of storytelling, in 2018 Netflix and Karan has worked on the much loved film 'Lust stories'.

The director of 'Student of the year' is recently involved in two new upcoming films, 'Ghost stories' and Guilty'. It opened up the limitless possibilities ahead. Karan Johar is happy to work with the medium where stories which are realistic and relate-able are filmed and people give tremendous love.

Bela Bajaria the vice president of content at Netflix expressing his feelings said that "I am incredibly excited about our partnership with Karan Johar - One of the India's greatest modern storyteller. Johar and Dharmatic Entertainment will have all the creative freedom and support they need to create pioneering dramas and unscripted series as well as films- for our members all over the world".
