Mumbai Police summoned Kangana & Rangoli Chandel in Sedition case

Mumbai: Bollywood Panga Girl Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel have been issued notice by the Mumbai Police. In which she has been called for questioning.

Let me tell you, on the statement of Kangana saying Mumbai as Pakistan, the Bandra Police has summoned Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel in the sedition case.

Kangana's tweet to Mumbai Police:

Kangana, busy in her brother's wedding, has now responded to this notice from the Mumbai Police. She tweeted that the Mumbai Police is 'Pappupro of Maharashtra'. Kangana tweeted on Twitter and wrote- "Passionate Penguin Army… Pappupro of Maharashtra, Ms k-k-k-k-k kangna, nothing will come soon."

Let me tell you, a petition filed in court by Bollywood casting director and 'fitness trainer' Munawar Ali Syed. After this, after taking cognizance of the petitioner, the court ordered to register a complaint against Kangana. Following the court's instruction, an FIR registered against Kangana and her sister under sections 153A, 295A and 124-A (sedition) and 34 of the IPC.

Section 153A - Promotion of disharmony among different groups on the basis of religion, race etc. 295A - Intentional act done to hurt religious sentiments. 124-A- Treason and 34- Same intention.

Munawwar Ali said that 'we have issued a notice to Ranaut and his sister asking them to appear before the police in connection with the FIR lodged against them.

They have been asked to appear on Monday and Tuesday'. Syed had accused Kangana and her sister that through their tweets and TV interviews, Kangana was tarnishing her image by calling Bollywood a 'hub of NEPOTISM', 'biased' etc. He further said that by saying so, not only Kangana has hurt the feelings of many artists but also her.
