Mohanlal's Drishyam 2 teaser promises a nail biting crime thriller; Watch

Well, the wait is finally over and the teaser of Mohanlal’s upcoming film Drishyam 2 is here. Yes, you heard it right. The makers of the most awaited sequel have released the teaser of the upcoming film and announced that the film will get a direct release on Amazon Prime on February 19.

Drishyam 2:

The teaser promises a nail biting crime thriller and it is revealed in the teaser that a new cop to the town is revisiting the old murder and eventually traces back to the family of George Kutty.

Mohanlal can be seen telling his wife, “A crime once done will haunt forever”.

The teaser comes hours after it got leaked online and it was shared across all social media platforms.

Drishyam 2: The resumption is written and directed by Jeethu Joseph and produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Ashirvad Cinemas. The director initially stated that the second part will deal with how the family responds to life after the crisis. The sequel will take off from where Drishyam ended. He had earlier revealed, “The police hadn’t closed the murder investigation. So the film will examine how the family deals with their own personal trauma and reactions from the society”.
