Mumbai: Leaving the crucial issues at bay like farmers suicide, Raj Thackeray's Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) comes out of deep slumber to protest against director Karan Johar’s yet another movie ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ (ADHM).

The concern surrounding the political outfit is Pakistani actor Fawad Khan who is playing a vital role in the film which also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor.

In the wake of Uri Attack in which 18 Indian soldiers were martyred, MNS is protesting against the entry of a Pakistani actor in Indian film. MNS has even threatened Fawad to leave the state within 48 hours or he would have to face dire consequences.

Why always Karan Johar?

It may be mentioned that this is Johar’s third film which has turned the rage for MNS. In 2008, Wake Up Sid faced irk of Raj Thackeray’s party for pronouncing Mumbai as ‘Bombay’ in the film.

Karan Johar’s My Name Is Khan also was disliked by MNS though the issue then raised was Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s wish of including Pakistani players in the Indian Premiere League (IPL). SRK had to apologize later for the smooth running of his MNIK which was due for release.
