Mahesh Babu's 'Bharath Ane Nenu' to be shot in Lucknow

Chennai: The makers of superstar Mahesh Babu's upcoming Telugu political drama "Bharath Ane Nenu", being directed by Koratala Siva, will shoot the next schedule in Lucknow from next week, a source said.

"The Lucknow schedule starts from August 10 and will go on till the 22nd. The team will shoot in places such as Jahangirabad palace, Nadwa College and Moosa Bagh Palace. All the key actors of the cast, including Mahesh sir, will be part of this schedule," a source from the film's unit told IANS.

In the film, Mahesh will be seen playing a Chief Minister.

"Bharath Ane Nenu" marks Mahesh Babu's second collaboration with filmmaker Koratala Siva. They have previously worked together in 2015 film "Srimanthudu".

Kiara Advani, who made her acting debut in 2014 with Kabir Sadanand's "Fugly", is foraying into Telugu filmdom with this project.

She plays Mahesh Babu's love interest in the film.

The film also stars popular Tamil actor Sarath Kumar as Mahesh Babu's father.
