New Delhi: Bollywood's Top actress Deepika Padukone has recently become the global brand ambassador of a jeans company. She has also shared an ad on his social media account. After this video came out, it got caught in a big controversy. This Ad accused of concept theft. Ad's well-known Hollywood screenwriter and director of 'Yeh Ballet', Soni Taraporevala, has lashed out at social media alleging theft.

Levi's ad controversy:

Soni Taraporevala has slammed the director of Ad by sharing a post on social media. Actually, he recently saw Deepika's viral ad, after which he has shared the post on social media. While sharing some screenshots, Sony wrote- 'A few days ago, I noticed this add on jeans. I was surprised to see the set of my film Yeh Ballet in ad.

"Levi's, as a brand, is built around culture, people and music. We have to build this campaign around these factors while celebrating the strength of the collective. Just like Deepika exudes power and confidence, we selected real women who have been acing their line of work. For instance, Aarifah Rebello is a drummer who features in the video among many other inspiring women," said Ajay Ram.

Sony Taraporewala says that this set is very similar to the set of his film 'Yeh Bailey'. However, Rupin Pointer, the production designer of this ad, has also accepted this. Soni wrote- 'A few days ago I got my attention on this Ad. I was surprised to see this set of our ballet dance studio in this ad, because it was conceptualized and constructed by Shailaja Sharma himself in an empty space and later it was demolished. Nadia Marquard Otzen, the director of this Ad, saw this ballet and decided that every detail associated with our set would be stolen. How can Ad's director do this without permission? '
