Karan Johar replies to haters of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

Mumbai: Bollywood director Karan Johar finally opened up over the controversy related to a dialogue in the recently released flick Ae Dil Hai Mushkil which, according to many, has insulted legendary singer Mohammad Rafi.

From family members of Rafi to playback singer Sonu Nigam and filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra, everyone lambasted at Johar for the dialogue - "Mohd. Rafi gaate nahi rote the."

Taking to Twitter, Karan replied them by saying, "Filmmakers making irresponsible remarks at events..singers revelling in self importance...press releases sent to mask insecurities! Ufff...."

Sonu Nigam, who is a die-hard fan of Rafi, had indirectly called Karan Johar as manner-less.

Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma starrer film ADHM is doing good at the Bollywood Box Office. The film has collected over 80 crores in couple of weeks and still counting.
