Mumbai: India's Comedy king Kapil Sharma is very much fond of Narendra Modi and the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party but his belief in PM's 'acche din' faded away when he was asked to pay Rs 5 lakh bribe to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for the construction of his new office.

Host of the popular television laughter dose 'The Kapil Sharma Show' chose the celebrity's favourite mouthpiece Twitter to express his dismay.

Kapil questioned the prime minister saying what is the use of paying a whopping Rs 15 crore as tax every year when he still has to pay bribe to BMC to get his work done?

Mentioning a tweet to Narendra Modi, Kapil said, "Yeh hain aapke achhe din?"

Kapil, however, had always been a big supporter of the prime minister and his initiatives. He promotes Modi's cleanliness drive through his television shows.
