Kangana Ranaut moves SC for transfer of criminal cases against her

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel are facing prosecution in three criminal cases in Mumbai for their scathing remarks. Kangana Ranaut has moved the Supreme Court in the case. Ms Ranaut has appealed to the Supreme Court to transfer the case from Mumbai to Himachal Pradesh. While threatening her life. Kangana says that if the investigation of the case goes on in Mumbai, then there can be danger for them.

Criminal cases against Kangana and Rangoli:

It is known that Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel are facing three criminal cases in Mumbai. Lawyer Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh filed a criminal complaint against actor Kangana Ranaut before the Andheri Magistrate Court. In such a situation, Kangana Ranaut has claimed in her petition that she is being deliberately harassed by the Shiv Sena. Not only this, the actress also says that her life is in danger in Mumbai.

In her petition, Kangana has made many serious allegations against Shiv Sena leaders. She appealed to the Supreme Court to transfer criminal cases filed against her. Also against her sister Rangoli Chandel from Mumbai to Himachal Pradesh. Along with Kangana, her sister Rangoli Chandel has also claimed that these cases have been filed against her for tarnishing her image.

At the same time, The Andheri metropolitan magistrate court in Mumbai issued a bailable warrant against Kangana Ranaut in a defamation case filed by Javed Akhtar. The actress was summoned to appear before the court on 1 March but failed to do so. Court issues the warrant after she failed to appear before it despite being summoned.
