Kangana Ranaut calls for those who supported 'so-called' farmers' protest to be jailed
Kangana stated that while it has been a difficult year for everyone, the images of farmers taking over Red Fort has been quite disturbing and that this protest has been showing country in poor light.
The 72nd Republic Day witnessed a major twist as the ongoing farmers protest took a different turn in the national capital. According to media reports, the farmers had organised a tractor protest march on January 26 expressing their disappointment towards the government’s new farm bills.
While thousands of farmers were seen protesting towards Delhi. They had ended up shattering the barricades and took over the Red Fort. While the protest has been receiving a mixed response, Kangana Ranaut has taken to social media to express her disappoint towards the same.
In the recently released video, Kangana stated that she wants every person supporting the farmers protest to be jailed. She stated that while it has been a difficult year for everyone. The images of farmers taking over Red Fort has been quite disturbing and that this protest has been showing country in poor light.
Speaking in Hindi, the Tanu Weds Manu Returns actor stated, “The images coming out of the Red Fort have shaken up the entire nation. Jail everyone that supported this so-called farmers' protest. They should be punished, there should be some repercussions for this.” Kangana captioned the video as, “Sick and tired of riots and blood bath almost every month , Delhi, Bangalore and now again Delhi #दिल्ली_पुलिस_लठ_बजाओ #RedFort.”

Kangana takes a fresh jibe at Diljit Dosanjh & Priyanka Chopra
Earlier, Kangana had also taken a fresh jibe at Diljit Dosanjh and Priyanka Chopra Jonas while sharing a picture from the protest. And mentioned that the incident has made mockery of the country. “You need to explain this @diljitdosanjh @priyankachopra. Whole world is laughing at us today, yahi chahiye tha na tum logon ko!!!! Congratulations,” she tweeted.
