Mumbai: The hearing of the demolition case by the BMC is going on in the Bombay High Court. Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika office in Bandra, Mumbai was demolished by BMC.

In such a situation, the BMC will have to tell the High Court today that as fast as they have taken action to remove the alleged illegal construction at Kangana's office. Does it act as fast as in other cases. On this question of the court, the BMC is seen to be badly surrounded.

Bombay Court slams BMC:

In the Bombay High Court, Kangana Ranaut vs BMC case has been heard by Justice S. Kathavala and Justice Riaz Chagla. In this case, Kathavala and Chagla questioned BMC lawyer Aspi Chinoy for taking photographs after Kangana Ranaut's office was vandalized.

Why clicked the picture of demolished office:

In such a situation, the court was told that they had taken a photo in his phone. While Chinoy told the court that a sub engineer had taken a photo of Kangana's broken office in his phone. Then Justice Kathawala asked him if it was all engineer work. In response, Chinoy said that he thought it was his job.

After this, the court questioned why Mukadam said that he had taken the photos in his phone while it was not. Chinoy said that he had asked this question only when he had heard from Mukadam and that he had said that the photo was with him.

As a result of the hearing, Kangana's lawyer Birendra Saraf showed pictures of the vandalism in Kangana's office. They also compared old photos and photos taken after sabotage. To this, Justice Kathawala told him, "There have been many such cases with us when we asked the corporation to break some places and they did not break.
