Lukcnow: It's the first of November today and Bollywood is celebrating a bunch of birthdays on this day. One of the most beautiful lady of Bollywood, Aishwarya Rai is celebrating her 46th birthday today. Aishwarya Rai made her Bollywood debut from Rahul Rawail’s Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya in 1997.
At the age of 21, she won many hearts across the globe with her response to Miss World finale question. Aishwarya was asked, “What qualities should Miss World 1994 embody?” She answered, ''The Miss World’s we have had up to date have been proof enough that they have had compassion, compassion for underprivileged not only people who have status and stature, who can look beyond the barriers that men has set up for ourselves of nationality, color. We have to look beyond that and that will make a true Miss World, a true person, a real person.''At the end of which, she also crowned Miss World 1994.
Aishwarya was last seen on the big screen with Anil Kapoor and Rajummar Rao in last year’s Fanney Khan. She had a special role in the film as a rockstar who gets kidnapped by the two men. She has since signed Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyan Selvan and also recently gave her voice to the Hindi dubbed version of Angelina Jolie’s Maleficent.
Talking about her experience of dubbing, Aishwarya recently said: “It is not difficult or easy, but this is the first time I have experienced dubbing for some other artiste’s work. So it was a new experience for me. I must admit that I got into it completely.”
Aishwarya is not only an amazing actor but also a doting mother. She is always around her daughter and is seen almost everywhere with her. They are often seen in matching outfits as well.
The couple are currently in Rome with their daughter Aaradhya and looks like Abhishek added a little Italian touch to his birthday wish for Aishwarya. "Happy birthday, principessa," he wrote on Aishwarya's birthday greeting card, which is a stunning shot of the former beauty queen with the Roman cityscape in the backdrop. For the uninitiated, "principessa" is Italian for princess and all we can say is Aishwarya, dressed in a floor-sweeping gown, looked every bit like a fairy tale princess.
Happy birthday stunning lady, may you have a beautiful life ahead!
