Hansal Mehta releases teaser of Kangana starrer 'Simran'

Mumbai: After the debacle of "Rangoon", National Award winning actress Kangana Ranaut promises a strong comeback while returning to her quirky side with "Simran". The film's teaser was released by filmmaker Hansal Mehta on Monday.

In the one-minute teaser, Kangana, who plays the role of a Gujarati NRI named Praful Patel aka Simran, shows her various moods while donning different wigs, dancing and running inside a grocery store.

From the teaser, one gets a feeling that Kangana's character is full of life, just like the roles she played in "Queen" and "Tanu Weds Manu" series.

This is the first time when Kangana and Mehta have collaborated for a film.

"Simran" is slated for release on September 15.
