Shilpa Shinde and Romit Raj

The 'Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain' fame actress Shilpa Shinde was all set to marry her alleged boyfriend Romit Raj. But things didn't work out between them and they had to call off their marriage one month prior to the wedding date. Shilpa Shinde in an interview told that all the wedding preparations were done, her wedding dress was ready, she even bought her jewellery and cards were also printed. But the duo has no regret as they think they were not compatible and it was the right decision for their future.

Neil Nitin Mukesh and Priyanka Bhatia

Neil and his designer girlfriend Priyanka Bhatia were likely to get married after dating for two years. Though the reason for the break-up wasn't clear but Neil held his profession and busy schedule responsible for it.

Mallika Sherawat and Vijay Singh

They met on the sets of a reality show 'The Bachelorette India, Mere Khayalon ki Malika'. According to the show contract, the one who wins the show will get to marry Mallika Sherawat. Vijay won the show, but the actress according to the contract, dated him for one year but later stopped taking his calls and ended all the relations with him.

Karan Singh Grover and Barkha Bisht

The actor has been linked to many female stars and has been married thrice. But first love always leaves deep marks and is hard to forget. Karan was once in love with Barkha Bisht during a show on MTV around 2004. But soon it turned into a bitter relationship and Barkha accused him of his flirtatious nature and his rumoured relationship with his co-star Jennifer Winget.

Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna

The two met on the sets of a reality show 'Bigg Boss' and fell in love. And their love story took a plunge on the sets of 'Nach Baliye', when Upen proposed her. But later their relationship went through its hard times and Upen's tweets were telling all of that. Eventually, the couple put an end to their relationship.

Rakhi Sawant and Elesh Parujanwala

The reality shows and their formats are unique in their own way. Elesh met Rakhi in a similar weird show 'Rakhi Ka Swayamvar' as a constantan. They got engaged on the show but never got married. The drama queen Rakhi cashed this chance too and remained in limelight by accusing Elesh for his financial instability.

Vivek Oberoi and Gurpreet Gill were dating each other in 2000.The rumours of their engagement were strong and they wanted to take their relationship further. But later the news of their break up went viral and finally they separated their ways. The reason for their separation is still not known but Vivek said it was his extremely busy Bollywood career.

It all started on the sets of film 'Mohra' in 1994.They were a hit couple, on-screen and off-screen. In an interview Raveena revealed that they both got engaged secretly at a temple. But due to Akshay's link-up rumours with another actress, Raveena decided to part ways.

Salman Khan and Sangeeta Bijlani

Once the most eligible bachelor of Bollywood, Salman Khan, was about to get married to actress Sangeeta Bijlani. According to Salman's biography, 'Being Salman', even the wedding dates were finalised. But it was called off in the last minute as Sangeeta accused Salman of cheating on her with Somy Ali. Salman had confessed on the sets of 'Koffee With Karan' that Sangeeta caught him cheating.

Abhishek Bachchan and Karishma Kapoor

The announcement of them getting engaged was made at Amitabh's 60th birthday. At the time Karishma was already an established name in the film industry but Abhishek was a struggling actor. Karishma's mother Babita, who wasn't confident of his acting skills, demanded a prenuptial agreement. In the agreement, she demanded a portion of Amitabh's wealth to be transferred in Karishma's name for her financial security. Amitabh refused to sign the agreement and it finally called off their wedding.
