Lucknow: In recent times, politics in Madhya Pradesh is fast regarding love jihad. Meanwhile, Netflix's web series 'A Suitable Boy' has been accusing many people of promoting love jihad. The BJP leader has lodged a complaint in Rewa regarding the kissing scene in this series. At the same time, Home Minister Narottam Mishra has instructed the officials to see the content after the complaint.

Home Minister ordered the investigation of content

Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said, a film titled 'A Suitable Boy' released on an OTT media platform. It shows extremely objectionable scenes, which hurt the feelings of a particular religion. I have directed the police officers to get this controversial content tested.

Scenes promoting 'Love Jihad'

In fact, Gaurav Tiwari, a member of the BJP Yuva Morcha in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, has objected to the series. He has registered a case against Netflix by Rewa police. In the series, allegations have been made about showing interrelated love and promoting love jihad through the series.

Tiwari has also alleged on Netflix that through the series, he has also hurt the sentiments of Hindu society. Regarding this, Gaurav Tiwari shared many scenes of the series and the complaint given to the police on Twitter.
