Anushka writes that this is hands down and legs up exercise. Yoga is a big part of my life. My doctor told me that I can do all such asanas which do not bend much, but obviously you also need support with it. I have been doing headstand for many years. I resorted to the wall for security and my very capable husband is helping me balance, so that I get extra security. '

Anushka writes that 'I did this under my yoga guru who was with me virtually during the session. I am very happy that I am continuing my practice even during my pregnancy. This picture of Anushka has been liked by millions of people so far.
