Mumbai: It might be the dream come true moment for the actor Emraan Hashmi as he finally got placed against megastar Amitabh Bachchan in Rumi Jaffrey’s next mystery-thriller directorial.

Just like its genera, the name of the movie also had lots of suspense and speculations about its title and roles played by the actors until now. The title of this movie has finally been revealed on the day when it is likely to kick start its shooting i.e. on May 10.

Titled 'Chehre' the movie will see Amitabh Bachchan playing the role of a lawyer. After Shoojit Sircar's 'Pink' and 'Badla', Amitabh will be playing the role of a lawyer for the third time in this film.

Talking about the film producer, Anand Pandit, said, "It is a mystery-thriller that revolves around a group of friends, some of whom are retired lawyers. They meet at a bungalow in Shimla and play a psychological game. It’s an intriguing story with Bachchan saab as one of the lawyers, while Emraan plays a business tycoon. This is the first time that the two actors are working together. We are constructing a huge set of the bungalow at a Malad studio."

Rumi has previously written films like 'Hero No 1', 'Biwi No 1' and 'Gali Gali Chor Hai'.

Showcasing divert actors like Kriti Kharbanda, Rhea Chakraborty, Siddhanth Kapoor, Dritman Chakroborthy, Raahgir Yadav and Annu Kapoor, 'Chehre' will hit the cinemas on February 21, 2020.
