Alia Bhatt Welcomes Juniper: ‘Girl duo just became a girl trio’

Alia Bhatt and her sister Shaheen introduced their new pet or should we say the latest addition to their girl gang. On Saturday, the Raazi actress shared a super cute picture of herself along with her sister and author Shaheen Bhatt and their new pet Juniper.

Alia Bhatt's girl duo with her sister has become a trio now, as the sisters brought home a new cat. They have named her Juniper. The actress took to social media to introduce the new pet to her Insta pet.

Sharing a cute photo of herself with her sister Shaheen and Juniper, Alia wrote, "This girl duo just became a girl trio. Meet our new baby Juniper. Her skills include biting, selfie-taking and being generally adorable (sic)."

Before Juniper, Alia already had three cats. One of them is a white cat, Edward. She often shares pictures of Edward on Instagram.

Recently, Alia Bhatt has expressed her gratitude towards the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for inviting her to be its member.It was announced that Alia Bhatt and Hrithik Roshan were among the 819 invitees to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Now, taking to Alia’s Instagram account, she has also thanked the academy for the honour and expressed her thoughts. She wrote a long, thankful note.

Alia Bhatt:

On the work front, Alia is waiting for the release of Sadak 2, which is scheduled to be released on Disney+ Hotstar soon. Directed by Mahesh Bhatt, it is the sequel to his 1990 film of the same name, starring his elder daughter Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt.

The sequel also features Pooja and Sanjay in pivotal roles. Aditya Roy Kapur plays the male lead in Sadak 2.

Alia Bhatt will also be seen in Karan Johar's Takht. The film stars Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anil Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles.
