Mumbai: It seems that the year 2016 belongs to Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar with his third consecutive film ‘Rustom’ entering the 100 crore club.

Since its release on August 12, ‘Rustom’ is getting critical acclaim and doing wonders at Bollywood Box Office.

‘Rustom’ which was made at a budget of around Rs. 50 crore, has minted Rs. 108 crore in India. With 'Rustom' Akki breaks his own record of ‘Housefull 3’ that grossed Rs. 107 crores.

The second weekend come as a prime boost for Akshay Kumar’s venture as it collected Rs. 17 crore in it.

Akshay Kumar’s ‘Rustom’ did the maximum damage to Hrithik Roshan who appeared on the big screen nearly after two years.

Hrithik’s ‘Mohenjo Daro’ proved a disaster at Box Office as it managed to collect just Rs. 55 crores at the end of second weekend.

Interestingly, among four Bollywood films crossing 100 crore mark, three are of Khiladi Kumar with one being Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’.
