Aishwarya Rai makes India proud yet again on International platform!

Melbourne: She defines beauty for the world and with her ethereal charm, she makes an image which remains etched in people’s mind. Enigmatic and iconic Aishwarya Rai recently addressed our nation at Melbourne and her heart-melting speech made our chests swell with pride.

She addressed 70^th year of Independence of India at a recent event in Melbourne accompanying her darling daughter Aradhya, which made the crowd cheer at the optimum level. Her speech was preceded by exceptionally talented and beautiful Simi Garewal, who gave a warm invitation to the lady to the podium for appearing in front of the impatient crowd.

Dressed in bottle-green ethnic attire with a high bun hairdo,former Miss Universe looked exquisite. She began her oration by saying ‘saare jahan se achcha, Hindustaan hamara’ which pumped great energy into the gathering. She first orated her speech in Hindi then went on to translate it in English which was really a kind gesture. Ending her tact with ‘Jai Hind’ her words were greatly admired and were applauded greatly by all!
