Actress Kritika Chaudhary was murdered, confirms police
Mumbai: Actress Kritika Chaudhary, who was found dead in her apartment under mysterious condition, was murdered, confirmed police.
The police has also filed a case of murder against unidentified person.The body of the actress was discovered after neighbours complained of stench from her residence in Andheri.
The police stated, "Kritika lost her life due to serious head injury. She seemed to have been dead for three to four days. We had also filed a case of murder."
"We are interrogating her friends, family members and acquaintances in the TV and film industry. The probe regarding the incident is on."
Deputy Commissioner of Police Paramjeet Dahiya said, "Police have received the post-mortem report some time back and after going through it, we have filed an offence of murder."
About Kritika Chaudhary:
- Kritika hails from Haridwar and had been working in television and bollywood.
- She was married but had left her husband after she suspected him of having an affair.
- The couple had also filed divorce case.
- The 27-year-old actress was also a part of Kangana Ranaut starrer 'Rajjo' in 2013.
- She was also seen in Ekta Kapoor's Parichay that starred Sameer Soni and Keerti Nagpure in the lead.
