Mumbai: It seems that Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya and controversies goes hand in hand. Known for his blunt statements, the singer once again slammed Pakistan by giving controversial remarks over Kulbhushan Jadhav's death sentence.

In a warning to Pakistan, Bhattacharya said that revoke the decision of hanging Jadhav to death and hang every Pakistani national on tree if they are seen in India.

The incident:

  • Former Indian naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was arrested in Pakistan in 2016, has been sentenced to death over the charges of spying by a Pakistan court on April 10.
  • The Indian naval official was reportedly arrested in Balochistan after he entered the country from Iran.
  • Pakistan foreign affairs advisor Sartaj Aziz has blamed the Indian officer of being indulged in 'subversive and terrorist activities in Pakistan'.
