Good news: Numerous vacancies in Uttar Pradesh secretariat

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has invited applications for 808 posts of Stenographer and Private Assistant. Registration process has been started and interested candidates can submit their applications online at upsssc.gov.in. The last date for filling applications is March 7, 2016. Age, eligibility and application details are given below.

Eligibility:

Passed Intermediate from recognised board.

Hindi shorthand with 80 words per minute and Hindi typing with 25 words per minute.

Passed CCC course from DOEACC.

Age limit:

Candidate must be 18 on July 1, 2016.

SC, ST and OBC applicants of Uttar Pradesh will be given age relaxation according to the norms of state government.

Salary:

Stenographer- 5,200 -20,200 pay band and grade pay of Rs 2,800

Private Assistant- 9,300-34,800 pay band and grade pay of Rs 4200

Last date for online registration- March 7, 2016

Last date for fees submission- March 9, 2016

Last date for form submission- March 11, 2016

Application Fees:

General and OBC candidates- Rs 185/-

SC and ST candidates- Rs 95/-

No fees for physically disabled.

Fees can be submitted online or through e-challan.
