UPSC Indian Economic and Commerce Service Exam Result Declared, 132 Candidates Shortlisted

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the result of Indian Economic Service and Indian Commerce Service written examination (IES, ISS) exam 2024. A total of 132 candidates have been shortlisted for the interview round. 41 IES candidates and 91 ISS candidates have been selected for interview or personality test. Candidates who have appeared in UPSC IES or ISS exam 2024 can check their result by visiting the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in. The IES / ISS exam was conducted from 21 June to 23 June 2024.

Releasing the IES or ISS result, the commission said that the candidature of all qualified candidates is provisional. They will have to produce original certificates in support of their claims related to age, educational qualification, community and benchmark disability (where applicable) at the time of interview. Before the interview round, qualified candidates will have to fill the DAF i.e. Detailed Application Form. DAF is available on the official website of UPSC. Qualified candidates will have to register on the UPSC website before filling the DAF. Candidates will have to upload scanned copies of all their documents along with the form.

UPSC has not yet released the schedule of IES or ISS interview round. The interview is likely to be held in the next month. It is expected that the schedule of the interview will be uploaded on the commission's website soon. However, the candidates will be informed about the exact date and time of the interview through e-summon letter.

Marksheet after final result

The mark sheet of the candidates who have appeared for the Indian Economic Service and Indian Commerce Service examination will be uploaded on the commission's website after the final results. Candidates will be able to download it from the UPSC website within 30 days of its release.
