Allahabad: The results of High School and Intermediate examinations, conducted by Uttar Pradesh Borad, have been declared on April 27. Tanu Tomar of Baghpat has topped the 12th examination and Gautam Raghuvanshi of Kanpur has topped the 10th examination with 97.17% marks. Shivam of class 10th secured second position with 97% marks,while, Tanuja Vishwakarma stood third in the list with 96.83% marks.

Passing result for High school UP board 2019 has been estimated around 80.07%, whereas the result for Intermediate was 70.06%. The passing percent among high school girls was registered 83.98%, while in boys it stood at slight low with 76.66%.

In the 12th examination result, total 64.40% of the boys made it through, while on the other hand girls got some good results with 76.46% of the girls came out with flying colors.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, also known as the UPMSP has released UP Board result 2019 for class 12 and class 10 students on its official website upmsp.edu.in

Step 1. Visit the official website of UP Board at https://upresults.nic.in/ or view your result at https://upmspresults.up.nic.in/ or at https://www.examresults.net/up/

Step 2. Now click on the ‘result’ link displayed on the homepage.

Step 3. Now to login fill up your details with your credentials like name and registration number.

Step 4. Your UP Board Result for Class 10th and 12th will be displayed on your screen.

Step 4. You can now download your result and keep a print-out for future reference.

-Pass mark in UP Board class 12 exam is 35.

-In order to pass in class 12th examination in UP Board a student needs to score at least 35 per cent marks. Students who do not get 35 per cent marks can appear for compartmental exam to clear their papers within this year itself. Students also have the option to apply for revaluation of their answer sheets.

*Students who fail in one subject can apply for improvement. Students who fail in two subjects can apply for compartment exam in any one subject. They will be able to submit their application through UPMSP website itself.

As per sources board exams were held at more than 8000 schools and according to Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma, 8,354 schools were appointed as examination centres. The board also installed CCTV cameras and voice recorders at the examination centres to curb cheating and other malpractices.

A total number of 26 lakh students took class 12 exam under UP Board this year. Approximately 58 lakh students had registered for the board examinations, where, 32 lakh students registered for the UP High School or UP 10th board exam and 26 lakh students registered for the UP Intermediate or UP 12th board exam.

A total number of 26,11 319 students appeared for the UP Board 12th examination 2019.

The UP Board Class 10 exams 2019 was conducted from February 7 to 28, while, the dates for UP Board Class 12 exam were from February 7 to March 2.
