Term of Lucknow University VC extended
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Governor and Chancellor Ram Naik on Tuesday extended the term of Lucknow University Vice Chancellor S B Nimse for six months.
His three-year term was to expire this month. He was Vc of Marathwada before taking over the charge of LU VC in 2013.
The Chancellor has the right to give extension to the VC till new incumbent is found.
The term of Vice Chancellor is coming to an end on May 12.
