The Apprentices Act of 1961 has prompted the Central Railway (CR) Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) to announce the opening of the application process for 2424 apprentice positions. This major hiring campaign aims to give prospective employees the chance to work for Central Railway. The RRC CR Apprentice 2024 application period officially opened on July 16, 2024, with the release of the official notification.

Interested candidates can apply by August 15th by visiting the official website rrccr.com.

Application fee:

Candidates belong to General/EWS/OBC category have to pay Rs100 for the application form while application form is free for candidates belong to SC/ST/PWD and female.

Education qualification:

Candidates must have earned at least 50% of the possible points in their 10th grade exam. They also need to have a National Trade Certificate from the National Council for Vocational Training in the notified trade or the State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) or NCVT.

Age:

The RRC CR Apprentice Recruitment 2024 is open to individuals who are between the ages of 15 and 24. applicants from SC and ST may be older by five years, while applicants from OBC may be older by three years. July 15, 2024 is a critical date for figuring out the age restriction.

Selection process:

The candidates' average percentage marks from both their ITI and matriculation exams will be used to create a merit list, which will be used to choose the apprentices. The candidates who have been shortlisted will receive calls for document verification on the later-to-be-announced timetable.
