Recruitment for the posts of Civil Judge in Chhattisgarh, know who can apply

Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division). This recruitment presents a great opportunity for the eligible candidates of the state. The application process has started from 26 December 2024 and the last date for this has been fixed as 24 January 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can complete their application process in this period. Application can be done only through online mode on the official website of the commission psc.cg.gov.in.

Vacancy details

Appointments will be made on a total of 57 posts under this recruitment. Out of these posts, 24 are reserved for unreserved, 7 for Scheduled Castes, 18 for Scheduled Tribes, 8 for Other Backward Classes, 5 for ST and 2 for OBC. The selected candidates will be given an appointment period of 3 years initially.

Essential Qualification

To apply for this recruitment, the candidate must be a graduate in Law from a recognized university.

Age Limit

Also, the age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 35 years as on January 1, 2025. However, reserved category candidates will get the benefit of relaxation in age limit.

Application Fee

The application is free for the natives of Chhattisgarh state, but they will have to pay portal fee and GST fee. At the same time, candidates from outside the state of Chhattisgarh will have to pay Rs 400 as application fee.
