Online applications 2016 for engineering program at Jamia Univ

New Delhi: The Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi has invited applications for its various engineering programmes for the academic year 2016. All the interested candidates are requested to apply before June 9.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech: All the interested candidates applying for this course must have completed their Senior Secondary Examination (12^th class) with maths and physics compulsory with one subject out of the following: Computer Science, Chemistry and Electronics from CBSE or other Board with minimum 50 percent marks.

M.Tech CSE: All the candidates applying for this program must have completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/ bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or equivalent degree in Computer Science/ Computer Science and Engineering / Computer Engineering/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ ICT with minimum 60 per cent or Master of Computer Application (MCA) or Master of Science (M.Sc) computer Science, M.Sc (Information Technology), M.Sc ( software engineering), Msc (Electronics) with minimum 60 per cent or B.Tech/B.E or other equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication / Electronics engineering/ Electrical engineering with 60 per cent.

M.Tech ISCF: candidates applying for this program must hold their B.Tech/B.E in Computer science /Computer Science & engineering/ Computer engineering/information Technology/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and engineering or equivalent degree with minimum 60 per cent marks or MCA or M.Sc in IT/ Computer Science /Information Science and technology /Electronics/ Software engineering or an equivalent degree with minimum 60 percent of marks.

Ph.D in Computer Science: interested candidates must hold a Masters in Computer Application (MCA)/M.Sc in Computer Science/ IT degree with minimum 60 per cent marks from any recognized institution/ University.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test/interview.

For Ph.D programme, candidates have to qualify UGC/NET/JRF exam with valid fellowship.

All the candidates have to submit the application through Dean of the Faculty to the Chairman, Admission Committee/ PhD admission coordinator.
