New Delhi: University of Delhi has invited application from interested and eligible candidates for its undergraduate as well as post graduate programmme law courses. Interested candidates can apply for the entrance exam.

The exam pattern is same, candidates are advised to go through the last five year question paper and syllabus carefully.

The interested and eligible candidates can apply, visiting the official website of the university www.du.ac.in.

Syllabus

Applicants should go through the following topics to crack the DU Law entrance test:

  • Jurisprudence
  • Criminal Law
  • Law of Contracts ( General Principles)
  • Constitutional Law of India
  • Public International law
  • Law of Torts
  • Family Law (Marriage and Divorce)

Exam pattern:

The exam is comprised of following sections:

  • English Language and Comprehension
  • Legal awareness
  • Analytical Abilities
  • General Knowledge

Question Pattern

Total number of questions: 175

Duration of exams: 120 minutes

Marking Criteria

There will be a negative marking of one mark on every wrong attempt and on every right answer there will be an addition of four marks.
