Chaudhary Charan Singh University gets (B++) grade by NAAC

Meerut: Crushing the hopes of Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU), National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) categorized CCSU with (B++) grade and has given 2.84 points.

However, if compared to the previous year’s points, the University scored more.

Despite presenting its achievements and ability, the inspection resulted below expectations for the college.

CCSU, whose foundation had been laid 51 years back (1965), was weighed in scales by NAAC.

Uttar Pradesh’s second ranked University-

  • CCSU has beaten its other contemporaries like Lucknow University, which has been categorized with (B) grade.
  • University’s inspection took place in the second spell.

No university in UP is A-graded-

  • On national evaluation, no any university has been included in the A-grade category.
  • CCSU was expected to touch the milestone, but it disappointed yet again.
  • An inspection, which took place from May 23 to May 26, also included Kanpur University and Gorakhpur University in B-grade category.

Faced drawbacks-

  • Both self-finance and regular departments crushed the expectations.
  • Sir Chotu Ram Institute of Engineering and Technology also disappointed in the inspection.
