Coronavirus in Delhi: 19,832 new COVID-19 cases and 341 deaths

New Delhi: The speed of coronavirus in Delhi seems to be slowing down for the last four-five days. For four-five days, the figures of corona are staying around 20 thousand only. According to the Health Bulletin of the Delhi Government, in the last 24 hours, 19,832 new cases of corona have been reported in Delhi and 341 people have died.

91,035 active corona cases:

Now the number of active infected patients in Delhi has reached 91,035. At the same time, 19,085 people have been discharged so far. Currently, 50, 425 people are undergoing treatment in home isolation in Delhi, while in the last 24 hours 79, 593 samples of Corona have been tested.

The death toll in Delhi is a constant scare. Even on Friday, the death rate was 1.45%. If you talk about the positivity rate, then it has been staying below 30 percent for the last three days. On Friday also the positivity rate was 24.92%.

Please tell that for the first time after two weeks, the positivity rate reached below 30 percent on last Sunday. At the same time, the positivity rate on Monday was 29.56%.

On Monday, 18,043 new cases were reported in Delhi. On Tuesday, 19, 953 new cases of corona were reported in Delhi and 338 people died. For the last four days, the death toll is also staying below 400. At the same time, the positivity rate on Sunday was 28.33%. On the same Monday, the positivity rate was 29.56%.

At the same time, senior officials of the Kejriwal government met on Thursday on oxygen supply in Delhi, in which it was informed that under the leadership of CM Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi government is increasing the capacity to transport liquid oxygen in the city.

Delhi government has appointed two IAS officers at Tata Steel's oxygen plant in Kalinga Nagar. The Delhi government has created a decentralized management system for the delivery of oxygen to various hospitals and institutes within the city.
