Police have arrested the mother of the minor accused, who mowed down two persons by his Porsche car in Pune last month. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said that the mother had given her blood sample for pathological examination to save her son, who was allegedly drunk and his blood sample would have revealed high levels of alcohol. The case is related to changing the blood sample of the accused. It was revealed that the blood sample of the accused was replaced with the blood sample of some woman in Sasoon Hospital. The committee investigating the case found out that the blood sample of the accused was replaced with the blood sample of some woman.

According to the information, the family of the accused had bribed the doctors with Rs 3 lakh to replace the blood sample. The Crime Branch was suspecting that the boy's blood sample must have been replaced with the blood sample of the mother Shivani Agarwal.

It is believed that the police has arrested his mother in this case. Shivani Agarwal was also questioned by the Crime Branch earlier. However, she was 'out of reach' since then. Shivani Agarwal was not in contact with the police since recording the statement. But now she has been arrested. Today Pune Crime Branch will also interrogate the minor accused. Pune Crime Branch had written a letter to JGB seeking permission to interrogate the minor. Juvenile Court has given permission to Crime Branch.

That horrific night of 19th May, when a rich man from Pune who had gone to party with his friends completely ruined the happiness of two families. He killed two IT engineers going on a bike with his expensive luxury car. Both the engineers named Ashwani and Aneesh were going on a bike. At the same time, a Porsche ran over them. The accident was so severe that both of them jumped in the air and fell on the ground and died.

The punishment for killing two people was just to write an essay of 300 words and do 15 tasks with the traffic police. Juvenile Court granted bail to the accused with conditions just a few hours after his arrest. After which anger erupted across the country. Police demanded in the Sessions Court to punish the accused like an adult. Many examples were given. Finally, the Juvenile Court amended its decision and sent the boy to remand home.
