New Delhi: A 56-year-old Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) head constable was arrested from the IGI Airport in Delhi for allegedly “molesting” a fellow passenger on an IndiGo flight coming from Goa.

The incident which occurred on May 4 came to light only on Thursday though the accused had already been released on bail, police said.

The complainant was a 32-year-old senior manager with a multinational firm.

The accused has been identified as Raghubir Prasad, who hails from Rajasthan and is currently posted in Karnataka.

The arrest was made on the basis of the case under section 354-A (assault or criminal force on a woman with intent to outrage her modesty.
