Lucknow: Harish yadav, a chief assistant in district Rural Development Authority (DRDA) committed suicide by jumping from fifth floor of Jawahar Bhawan, the government offices complex, In Hazratganj area on Wednesday.

The deceased was native of adjacent district of Unnao and was under pressure of the office work.

The police circle officer Ashok Kumar Verma said he was due to retire later this year. A case of suicide was registered in Hazratganj Kotwali while further probe was on.
