Denied food by parents, eight year old girl jumps from first floor

An eight-year-old girl from Arnoldsburg, West Virginia in the USA jumped from the first floor after allegedly being denied food by her parents.
The girl's mother Ellio M Hardman and father Ryan Keith Hardman refused to feed her and she had not eaten for several days.
She reached a nearby store where she told her story to the staff members.

According to the criminal complaint she had eaten a sandwich three days earlier which was shared with her three siblings also.
The staff members gave her something to eat and informed the police.
The victim said that she was tortured by her parents and often locked in a room for many days without food.
She had to jump from the window because her parents did not allow her to come downstairs.
The parents are in the custody with a total fine of $100,000 and the police took the girl and her siblings.
