The counting of panchayat elections in Greater Noida under way. BJP spokesperson Karmaveer Arya claims that after completion of the counting of votes, the BJP-backed candidates in the village will be at the forefront of the results. He said that the district panchayat president would be from BJP. At the same time, Bahujan Samaj Party district president Lakhmi Singh said that the counting should be postponed keeping the Covid surge in mind. He said that the BSP will make its own president by winning more than three seats in the district panchayat ward.
