Petrol Diesel Price: Sudden hike in Petrol Rates; Check!

New Delhi: For the last several days, the price of petrol-diesel has increased by 29 to 31 paise, while the price of diesel is increasing by 29 to 31 paise. The ever-increasing prices have added to the problems of the common man. 28 to 30 paise per liter has been increased.

At present, the fuel prices are skyrocketing in all the cities of the country. In many places, the price of petrol has crossed Rs 105 a liter.

Petrol Price Today:

To express its protest against the rising petrol and diesel prices across the country, the Congress will protest at all the petrol pumps of the country on June 11, i.e. today.

Petrol Diesel in your City:

Delhi - Rs 95.85 per liter while diesel is Rs 86.75 per liter

Mumbai - Rs 102.04 per litre, diesel Rs 94.15 per litre

Kolkata - Rs 95.80 per litre, Diesel Rs 89.60 per litre

Chennai - Rs 97.19 per litre, diesel Rs 91.42 per litre

Jaipur - Rs 102.44 per liter, diesel Rs 95.67 per litre

Bengaluru - Rs 102.44 per litre, diesel Rs 95.67 per litre

Noida - Rs 93.20 per litre, diesel Rs 87.23 per litre

Bhopal - Rs 104.01 per litre, diesel Rs 95.35 per litre

The domestic price of petrol and diesel is calculated on the basis of 15 days average of international prices of both the fuels. However, in the financial year 2014, India was buying crude oil at an average rate of $105.5 per barrel. On this basis, the prices of petrol in India are slightly higher during this period as compared to that time. Let us tell you that in 2010, the government's control on petrol prices was removed.
