New Delhi: The state-owned oil companies of the country have not reduced or increased the prices of petrol and diesel once again on January 10, 2022. On Monday, January 10, 2022, once again there was a stagnation in the prices of petrol-diesel (Petrol-Diesel Price Today).

Despite this, for the past several months, petrol rates are still above Rs 100 in various states of the country. Fuel prices in the country are still affecting the pockets of the common man. The common man is anticipating further reduction in oil prices.

Petrol Price Today:

It is worth noting that the last and major reduction in the prices of petroleum products was done in November last year on the occasion of Diwali. Then, the central government had controlled the prices by announcing reductions in the unaccountably increased prices of petroleum products.

After which, the state governments also reduced their VAT and reduced the tax rates further. After this reduction in prices, the price of petrol per liter in the national capital Delhi, which was above Rs 100 per liter, came down to Rs 95.41. Similarly, petrol is being sold at the rate of Rs 109.98 in the country's commercial capital Mumbai. These prices still remain the same.

In Delhi, petrol is being sold at Rs 95.41 and diesel at Rs 86.67 per liter.

In Mumbai, petrol is being sold at Rs 109.98 and diesel at Rs 94.14 per liter.

In Kolkata, petrol is being sold at Rs 104.67 and diesel at Rs 89.79 per liter.

In Chennai, petrol is being sold at Rs 101.40 and diesel at Rs 91.43 per liter.

Petrol is being sold at the rate of Rs 95.36 and diesel at Rs 86.87 per liter in NCR region Noida.

In Lucknow, petrol is being sold at Rs 95.28 and diesel at Rs 86.79 per liter.

In Gangtok, petrol is being sold at Rs 98.50 and diesel at Rs 83.55 per liter.
