According to the new rate, today the price of petrol in the national capital Delhi is Rs 103.97 per liter, while diesel is being sold at Rs 86.67 per liter.
New Delhi: There is relief for the general public in the prices of petrol and diesel for the last few days. Fuel prices remain stable. IOCL has released the new rates of petrol diesel for Wednesday (November 10) today (Petrol-Diesel Price Today). There has been no change in the prices as of today.
Petrol Price Today:
According to the new rate, today the price of petrol in the national capital Delhi is Rs 103.97 per liter, while diesel is being sold at Rs 86.67 per liter. Please note that there was no increase in prices on Sunday and Monday as well.
A day before Diwali, the government had announced a reduction of Rs 5 per liter on petrol and Rs 10 on diesel. This reduction came due to the reduction in excise duty on petrol and diesel by the central government. Along with this, the state governments in many states have also reduced the prices at their own level. For example, petrol and diesel have become cheaper by Rs 12-12 in UP.

You can also know the price of petrol and diesel through SMS. According to the IndianOil website, you have to write RSP and your city code and send it to 9224992249 number. The code for each city is different, which you will get from the IOCL website. Let us tell you that the prices of petrol and diesel change every day at 6 am. The new rates are applicable from 6 am onwards. After adding excise duty, dealer commission and other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its price almost doubles.
