New Delhi: Currently, crude oil prices are at their highest level due to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. In the midst of these global upheavals, even today, the state-owned oil companies of the country did not increase the prices of petrol and diesel.

However, in the meantime, there may be slight fluctuations in the prices of petrol and diesel in Haryana and select cities of the country including some cities of Uttar Pradesh. Today, on 01 March 2022, oil prices have come down in Lucknow as compared to yesterday, while in Noida it is also available at a cheaper rate. Petrol and diesel prices are stable in all the four metros of the country.

Petrol Price Today:

Significantly, at present, the price of crude oil has gone beyond $100 per barrel. Due to this, the price of petrol and diesel is expected to increase in the coming time. It is believed that due to the ongoing assembly elections in five states of the country, the prices of petrol and diesel are not being increased at this time. At the same time, let us tell you that India ranks third among the top countries in the world for importing and consuming energy.

The Indian government recently said that it is closely monitoring the global energy markets in view of the possibility of any supply disruption in the country due to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. At the same time, India also said that it will support the release of oil from strategic reserves to prevent price rise.

In Chennai, petrol is being sold at Rs 101.40 and diesel at Rs 91.43 per liter.

In Shimla, petrol is being sold at Rs 96.79 and diesel at Rs 81.20 per liter.

Petrol is being sold at Rs 101.70 and diesel at Rs 91.62 per liter in Bhubaneswar.

In Bangalore, petrol is being sold at Rs 100.58 and diesel at Rs 85.01 per liter.

In Lucknow, petrol is being sold at Rs 95.26 and diesel at Rs 86.80 per liter.

Petrol is being sold at the rate of Rs 95.36 per liter and diesel at Rs 86.87 per liter in Noida.

In Jaipur, petrol is being sold at Rs 107.02 and diesel at Rs 90.66 per liter.

In Shillong, petrol is being sold at Rs 93.81 per liter and diesel at Rs 80.58 per liter.

Petrol is being sold at Rs 98.52 and diesel at Rs 91.56 per liter in Ranchi.
