Gold Silver Today: Gold rates fall again, Check price in your city!

Gold futures on MCX are down 0.08 per cent at Rs 48,953 per 10 grams. While silver futures are down 0.3 per cent at Rs 71,308 per kg.

New Delhi: There is a fall in the prices of gold and silver today. In the midst of a weak global market, the price of gold has also fallen in the Indian market. Gold futures on MCX are down 0.08 per cent at Rs 48,953 per 10 grams. While silver futures are down 0.3 per cent at Rs 71,308 per kg.

Gold above 48 thousand:

Gold may have become expensive, but it is selling much cheaper than its all-time high. Gold is currently about Rs 7000 cheaper than its record high. In August 2020, the price of 10 grams of gold (10 Gram Gold Price Today) had crossed Rs 56 thousand.

Gold has declined due to the strengthening of the US dollar in the international markets. Spot gold was down 0.2 per cent at $1,886.76 an ounce. However, US bond yields limited losses in the precious metal. Among other precious metals, silver fell 0.7 per cent to $27.58 an ounce, while platinum rose 0.2 per cent to $1,164.72.

Gold Silver Rates:

According to the Good Returns website, the price of 24 carat gold is different in all the metros including the capital of the country. The rate of 10 grams of gold in Delhi is Rs 51270. Apart from this, it is Rs 50370 in Chennai, Rs 49320 in Mumbai and Rs 50720 per 10 grams in Kolkata.

HDFC Securities had informed that gold had fallen by Rs 388 to Rs 47,917 per 10 grams on Friday in the national capital's bullion market. Similarly, silver also declined by Rs 920 to Rs 69,369 per kg from Rs 70,289 per kg in the previous trading session.
