New Delhi: The people of India are getting some relief from inflation. There has been no change in the prices of petrol on Saturday, while there has been a decrease in diesel prices. Diesel prices have been cut by 20 paise per liter.

Government oil companies Indian Oil (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) has reduced the price of diesel on Saturday, but has not made any change in the prices of petrol.

Petrol Price in Delhi has been increased to Rs 81.14:

Petrol in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai has been increased to Rs 81.14, Rs 87.82, Rs 82.67 and Rs 84.21 per liter respectively. While the price of diesel in these cities has been Rs 71.82, Rs 78.27, Rs 75.32 and Rs 77.21 per liter respectively.

Petrol has been priced at Rs 81.64 in Noida, Rs 79.32 in Gurugram, Rs 81.54 in Lucknow, Rs 83.79 in Patna and Rs 88.29 per liter in Jaipur. While diesel is priced at Rs 72.13 per liter in Noida, Rs 72.29 in Gurugram, Rs 72.05 in Lucknow, Rs 77.23 in Patna and diesel 80.72 per liter in Jaipur.

Talking about July, the government oil companies had increased the price of diesel only. During that time, the price of diesel was increased in 10 installments. Due to this, diesel became expensive by Rs 1.60 per liter. Now, since September 3, diesel has become cheaper by 40 paise per liter in three times.
