  • On the day of Vat Savitri, women should wear red or yellow clothes after bathing.
  • Then collect the worship material and prepare the plate.
  • Install the idol of Savitri and Satyavan under the Vat tree.
  • During this time, offer water at the root of the banyan tree.
  • Then offer flowers, Akshat, flowers, soaked gram, jaggery and sweets.
  • After that, while circling the tree 7 times, wrap raw thread or Kalawa on it and then listen to the story.
  • After the entire worship is completed, you should donate. Doing so is auspicious.
