Jio launches true 5G in Ayodhya, firozabad and Muzaffarnagar of UP

Lucknow, 21 February 2023: Reliance Jio today announced the launch of its True 5G services across three more cities of Uttar Pradesh (UP) namely Ayodhya, Muzaffarnagar and Firozabad taking the total count of 5G enabled cities in UP to 18.

The cities in UP that are already enjoying Jio’s True 5G services are Varanasi, Agra, Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Jhansi, Meerut, Saharanpur, Aligarh, Bareilly, Moradabad, Mathura, Gorakhpur and Noida and Ghaziabad of NCR.

Simultaneously, Reliance Jio has also launched its True 5G services in other states too across different cities. These cities are Bongaigaon, North Lakhimpur, Sivasagar, Tinsukia (Assam), Bhagalpur, Katihar (Bihar), Mormugao (Goa), Diu (Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu), Gandhidham (Gujarat), Bokaro Steel City, Deoghar, Hazaribag (Jharkhand), Raichur (Karnataka), Satna (Madhya Pradesh), Chandrapur, Ichalkaranji (Maharashtra) and Thoubal (Manipur).

Hence, with the launch of True 5G services in these 20 cities on Tuesday, Reliance Jio’s fast speed network of True 5G has reached to 277 cities across the nation.

Reliance Jio has become the first and the only operator to launch 5G services in majority of these cities. Jio users in these cities will be invited to the Jio Welcome Offer, to experience Unlimited Data at up to 1 Gbps+ speeds, at no additional cost, starting today.
