Your lungs are the main part of breathing which helps you breathe. In lung diseases and asthma, there is often difficulty in breathing. Symptoms include frequent discharge of mucus or phlegm, swelling in the trachea, difficulty in breathing and cough.

Herbal tea:

If mucus or phlegm gets accumulated in your lungs or you have the problem of asthma. So in such a situation, herbal tea will be very useful for you. By drinking herbal tea made from Ayurvedic herbs, the phlegm or mucus becomes thin and starts coming out.

Mustard oil massage:

Mix garlic and celery in mustard oil, cook it and massage the chest with this oil. Your phlegm will start melting. Massaging provides warmth to the lungs, which removes the phlegm accumulated in the chest and makes breathing easier.

Honey and cloves:

If you want to strengthen your lungs then clove mixture is a perfect remedy for you. You can chew cloves with a glass of warm water and honey to get relief from asthma symptoms.

Curcumin, the element found in turmeric, is considered to be the most powerful and due to this the color of turmeric is yellow. Turmeric contains some medicinal and antioxidant components. Which has the ability to prevent swelling.
