Mustard oil has been in use for a long time. Most people use this oil only for cooking, but this oil is not limited to just cooking. Rather, this oil is also helpful in removing many small and big problems of the body.

In fact, nowadays people are troubled by the problem of gray hair at an early age. Applying too much chemical on hair causes premature graying of hair. People use different types of chemical hair colors to color their white hair. If you want to avoid applying chemical hair colors available in the market, then make natural hair dye at home made from turmeric and mustard oil. With this, your hair will become completely black in a few days.

How to make natural hair dye:

  • To make hair dye, you need 3-4 spoons of mustard oil.
  • Pour oil on an iron pan or pan and keep it on the gas to heat.
  • Now mix 2 teaspoons turmeric in oil and cook it while stirring on low flame.
  • Cook the turmeric on low flame only, otherwise the turmeric will burn to ashes.
  • Take out the oil in a bowl and keep it to cool slightly.
  • Now add 1 Vitamin-E capsule to the natural hair dye prepared from turmeric and oil.
  • Now apply it thoroughly on your hair.
  • Apply it like oil for about 2 hours and then wash your hair with water or a mild shampoo.
  • Apply it to hair at least twice a week. Within a few days your hair will start turning completely black.

Use of mustard oil can help in hair growth. For this, monounsaturated fatty acids, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids present in mustard oil can help. Apart from this, antifungal and antibacterial properties are also found in this oil, which can also provide relief from the problem of itching on the scalp.
