UP Board 10th-12th result out

The results of UP Board 10th and 12th board exam have been released. You can check the result on the official websites of UPMSP upresults.nic.in, upmsp.edu.in and result.upmsp.edu.in.

Prachi Nigam was the topper in class 10th with 591/600 marks and Shubham Verma was the topper in class 12th with 489/500 marks. Both were the students of Sita Bal Vidya Mandir Inter College, Mahmudabad, Sitapur.

Shubham Verma topper in class 12, 5 children on second position:

Shubham Verma, resident of Sitapur, has topped the 12th board exam with 489 marks out of 500 i.e. 97.80%. Shubham's father Rajesh is a farmer.

Difference of only 9 marks between rank 1 and rank 10 in 12th:

After this, there are total 6 students with 488 marks on second rank. There are 5 students at third rank with 487 marks. This time there are a total of 12 children in the top 3 positions. At the same time, 408 children have made it to the top 10. There is a difference of only 9 marks between 1st and 10th rank. Rank 1 has 489 marks and Rank 10 has 480 marks.

More than 24 lakh students took the exam, 20 lakh passed:

This year, 25,78,008 students had registered for the 12th board exam. Out of these, 24,52,830 students took the exam and 20,260,27 students passed. This time the overall pass percentage in class 12th was 82.60.

Prachi Nigam topped in class 10 board exam, 24 children from Sitapur in top 10:

Prachi Nigam has topped the 10th board exam with 591/600 marks i.e. 98.50%.

Overall pass percentage in 10th 89.55%

This year, a total of 29,35,353 regular candidates had registered for the Class 10 board exam. Of these, 27,38,399 students took the exam and 24,55041 passed the exam. At the same time, 11,982 private students had registered for the exam.

Of these, 10,365 students took the exam and 6,985 students passed. The overall pass percentage in class 10th was 89.55%. However, this is 0.23% less than last year. In 2022-23, 89.78% students passed.

55 lakh students had registered for UP board exam:

This year around 55,25,308 students had registered for the board exam. Of these, 29,99,507 students had registered for the 10th exam. At the same time, 25,25,801 students had registered for the 12th exam.

However, more than 3 lakh students of both classes 10th and 12th together did not appear for the exam. In 2023, the overall pass percentage of class 10th in UPMSP board was 89.78% while the overall pass percentage of class 12th was 75.52%.

Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education had conducted the 10th and 12th board exams between February 22 and March 9. Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council has announced the result date after taking permission from the state government and the Election Commission.

Last year, a total of 27,68,180 students had registered for the 12th board exam. Of these, 25,71,002 students took the exam and 19,41,717 students passed. Last year the pass percentage was 75.52%.

31,06,517 regular students and 10,297 private students had registered for the Class 10 board exam. Of these, 28,54,879 regular students had given the exam and 8,742 private students had given the exam.

According to the board, 25,65,176 regular students and 5,811 private students passed in 2022-23. The overall pass percentage in class 10 was 89.78.
